Our Chardonnay has a beautiful golden color and crisp, clean finish. Harvested at peak ripeness and utilizing slow, cool fermentation in stainless steel, allows us to capture medium-bodied characteristics with balanced acidity, intense fruit of apple, and hints of peach and pear. Pairs well with a wide variety of seafoods and lighter meats.
