Harvested at peak ripeness and utilizing slow, cool fermentation in stainless steel, allows us to capture medium-bodied characteristics with balanced acidity, intense fruit of apple, and hints of peach and pear.

By barrel aging this Reserve wine in French Oak, it imparts creamy and buttery aromas that are followed by soft vanilla notes.
